Where we are, precisely

Amanow is in its early phase. No commercial installation is deployed to date. We would rather date our progress than speak in the present tense about what does not yet exist.

Proof of concept · 2026

Not a trial. A research programme.

The first unit is not installed on a client site. It is hosted by a public university, in a programme conducted with the Ministry of National Education, and designed to be run with several of the university's research departments.

That choice is deliberate. A machine tested by its own manufacturer proves very little. A machine instrumented inside a university, measured by people with no commercial interest in the result, produces data a funder can use.

Three research streams

Yield under real climate Thermal and energy engineering

How far measured production diverges from nominal capacity, hour by hour and season by season, and how many litres each kilowatt-hour actually returns. This is the number that decides the cost per cubic metre, and it cannot be established anywhere but on site.

Water quality over time Analytical chemistry and microbiology

How stable the potability parameters remain between two maintenance visits, and what the remineralisation profile should be for water that starts out close to distilled. A laboratory with its own protocols and its own reagents, not ours.

Prediction and anomaly detection Data science and applied mathematics

Building forecasting and drift-detection models from the unit's own history, then testing whether they warn early enough to be useful. Models are only as good as the data behind them, and that data starts here.

The market

Around a hundred companies worldwide sell machines built on the same condensation principle, listed by capacity in a catalogue. The machine is the product; what happens next is the buyer's problem.

Our position

What we carry is not a machine but the operation of a service on sites that have no alternative: study, installation, local training, maintenance, and quality control over time.

Why it matters

Equipment standing idle three years later, for lack of local capacity to run it, is the documented failure mode of rural water infrastructure. It is the one we are built to avoid.

A supplier is paid once. An operator is paid for as long as the water flows. That is the whole difference, and it decides everything else.

We are looking for our first deployment sites.
