this map classifies territories by dominant Köppen-Geiger climate group, used here as a documented proxy for the water content of ambient air. It is a first reading, not a site-level assessment: a favourable country contains unsuitable areas, and an unfavourable country contains humid coastal strips where the process performs well. The map is a first filter. It tells you whether a country is worth studying. It does not tell you whether your site is.
Four of these eight lines are settled by a site study. That is why the map ends a conversation about countries and starts one about a place.
Morocco is our first deployment ground, because that is where our counterparts, our access to sites and our institutional framework are. It is not where the process performs best: the Gulf of Guinea coastlines, the Indian Ocean seaboard and the Great Lakes region are markedly more favourable.
We treat that as an execution choice, not a technical optimum. The next demonstrators follow the map, not convenience.
And an unfavourable one contains coastal strips where the process performs well.
